DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
Effective May 1, 2026.
GLP Insights respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to File a DMCA Notice
To notify us of allegedly infringing material on glp.us.org, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material on our site claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (URL strongly preferred)
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location (URL)
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of US federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which we may be found, if outside the US)
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate access to contributors or partners who are repeat copyright infringers under appropriate circumstances.
False Notices
Under 17 USC §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Submit notices in good faith.
